Math Resources on the Web

I did a quick search for tech integration ideas for our math teachers and came up with two web sites. Both have a long list of resources for teaching math:

Computing Technology for Math Excellence
Dr. Alice Christie's Technology Integration: Math

I also came across this summary of research documenting that project-based learning is an effective way to increase math test scores. We've discussed project-based instruction in our Embedded Learning course, and some teachers in my study group have expressed concern about the time it takes to implement such projects. They are already struggling to cover the skills necessary to prepare students for the high-stakes PSSA testing. How do we prepare students for "The Test" and implement project-based learning in 42-minute periods and 180 days--less assessment testing, field trips, late starts, early dismissals, assemblies, etc.?
