It's that time of year! Elementary teachers, Clorox has 16 K-5 lesson plans for teaching about germs. Many have extension activities for your Smartboards.

And while we're on the subject of germs, Free Technology for Teachers has a post about Germ Blaster, an iPad game for teaching about those nasty little creatures.

Friday Food Flash
Everyone who sampled this Snickerdoodle Bread absolutely loved it! Read the comments below the recipe for tips on baking times, though. I used small pans but they were larger than those mentioned in the recipe, so I kept baking and baking and testing with a toothpick. I got my cinnamon chips at Riverside before Christmas; I hope they still have some!
